WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

30-minute session $85

50-minute session: $165

If you're interested in beginning services, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a
Good Faith Estimate for services not billed to insurance.

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

I currently see clients Tuesday through Thursday from 8 AM to 1 PM and Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM. I do my best to return all calls and emails within 24-48 business hours. I am unfortunately unable to provide crisis counseling. If you are experiencing a counseling emergency, please call 911 or 988.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am an in-network provider for United Healthcare, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all other insurances, I am able to provide a super bill to submit for out-of-network benefits. I am not able to accept insurance for SE student sessions.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I require a 24-hour notice for any appointments that you intend to miss. Failure to provide notice will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee being charged. I do require a credit card to be kept on file.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments. Please contact for rates and availability.

DO YOU OFFER IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS?

I do not offer in-office appointments at this time. All appointments are held through a secure video platform. Virtual appointments allow you participate in therapy from the place that feels most comfortable for you.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN VIDEO SESSIONS?

You can participate in video sessions with one of the following devices:

  • Desktop computer with a webcam and speakers

  • Laptop computer with webcam and speakers

  • Tablet device with built-in webcam and speakers

  • Smartphone with at least iOS 10 or Android 6.0

You will also need:

  • A reliable internet connection, with recommended bandwidth of at least 10 Mbps

  • If participating through a mobile device, you will need to download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app (available for Android and iOS users)

Christin is an approved individual session provider at the beginning level. 

Student sessions are not therapy and cannot be provided to current clients.
