WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
50-minute session: $165

If you're interested in beginning services, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for services not billed to insurance.
WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?
I see clients Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM. I do my best to return all calls and emails within 24-48 business hours. I am unfortunately unable to provide crisis counseling. If you are experiencing a counseling emergency, please call 911 or 988.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I am an in-network provider for United Healthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TriWest (beginning 1/1/25). For all other insurances, I am able to provide a super bill to submit for out-of-network benefits. I am not able to accept insurance for SE student sessions.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I require a 24-hour notice for any appointments that you intend to miss. Failure to provide notice will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee being charged. I do require a credit card to be kept on file.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments. Please contact for rates and availability.
DO YOU OFFER IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS?
All appointments are held through a secure video platform. Virtual appointments allow you participate in therapy from the place that feels most comfortable for you.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN VIDEO SESSIONS?
You can participate in video sessions with one of the following devices:

Desktop computer with a camera and speakers

Laptop computer with camera and speakers

Tablet device with built-in camera and speakers

Smartphone with at least iOS 10 or Android 6.0
You will also need:

A reliable internet connection, with recommended bandwidth of at least 10 Mbps

If participating through a mobile device, you will need to download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app (available for Android and iOS users)
