50-minute session: $175
90-minute sessions: $280
2-hour sessions: $375

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for services not billed to insurance.

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?
I see clients Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
I am unable to provide crisis counseling. If you are experiencing a counseling emergency, please call 911 or 988.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I am an in-network provider for United Healthcare, United Medical Resources (UMR), Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TriWest. I accept FSA and HSA cards for payment.
For all other insurances, I am able to provide a superbill to submit for out-of-network benefits. I am also able to utilize Thrizer to submit out-of-network claims on your behalf. To review your out-of-network benefits, click here.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee, and cannot be billed to insurance.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
I utilize a Green Bottle approach to those that are in need of a sliding scale, and offer a limited number of sessions through Open Path Collective for those who qualify. Please contact me for rates and availability.
DO YOU OFFER IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS?
All appointments are held through a secure video platform. Virtual appointments allow you participate in therapy from the place that feels most comfortable for you, as long as you are located within the state of Arizona.
