WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

50 minute session: $150

If you're interested in beginning services, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. 

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am an in network provider for United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all other insurances, I am able to provide a super bill to submit for out-of-network benefits.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I require a 24-hour notice for any appointments that you intend to miss. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge of the full session fee.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I have a limited number of sliding scale appointments. Please contact for rates and availability.

DO YOU OFFER IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS?

All appointments are held through a secure video platform. Virtual appointments allow you participate in therapy from the place that feels most comfortable for you.

I DON'T LIVE IN ARIZONA. CAN YOU STILL SEE ME AS A CLIENT?

Due to licensing restrictions, I can only provide services to those residing in the state of Arizona.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE IN VIDEO SESSIONS?

You can participate in video sessions with one of the following devices:

  • Desktop computer with a webcam and speakers

  • Laptop computer with webcam and speakers

  • Tablet device with built-in webcam and speakers

  • Smartphone with at least iOS 10 or Android 6.0

  • A reliable internet connection, with recommended bandwidth of at least 10 Mbps

  • If participating through a mobile device, you will need to download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app (available for Android and iOS users)

DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES?

I currently only work with adults aged 18 and over. I do not provide services to children, couples, or families. I'd be happy to provide referrals to therapists that offer these services.
