WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

30-minute session: $85

50-minute session: $165

If you're interested in beginning services, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. 

Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for services not billed to insurance.

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

I see clients Tuesday through Thursday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and Fridays from 8 AM to 6 PM. I strive to return all calls and emails within 24-48 business hours. I am unfortunately unable to provide crisis counseling. If you are experiencing a counseling emergency, please call 911 or 988.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am an in-network provider for United Healthcare, United Medical Resources (UMR), Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TriWest (Tricare and VA Community Care Network). I accept FSA and HSA cards for payment.

 

For all other insurances, I am able to provide a superbill to submit for out-of-network benefits.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee, and cannot be billed to insurance.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments. Please contact for availability and rates.

DO YOU OFFER IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS?

All appointments are held through a secure video platform. Virtual appointments allow you participate in therapy from the place that feels most comfortable for you, as long as you are located within the state of Arizona.​​
