"Human beings are born with an innate capacity to triumph over trauma."

Peter Levine

WHAT TO EXPECT

Whether you've experienced trauma or you're finding yourself feeling more stressed than usual, life is hard and sometimes feels lonely.  You've tried everything you can think of to find some relief,

but now you're starting to think you need something more.

Choosing to go to therapy isn't easy. It takes incredible courage to ask for help, and I'm so glad you're considering working with me.

You no longer have to walk your journey alone.

I believe that everyone has the innate ability to heal,

if only given the safety and opportunity. I utilize my training in developmental issues and trauma-informed treatments

to provide a safe space for healing.

Sessions are held through a secure video platform,

which allows you to participate in therapy from a place

that feels safe and comfortable for you.
